Singer Christina Aguilera divorce with music executive Jordan Bratman has been finalised on April 15. The divorce was finalized April 15 after the six-month waiting period required in California finally came to an end.The 30-year-old singer announced her separation with husband of five years from Jordan in October last year. Since her separation Aguilera has been dating Matthew Rutler, who has been an assisstant on the sets of her new film "Burlesque". The singer and her boyfriend have reportedly paid a visit to his hometown of Newport, Rhode Island recently.

Christina Aguilera to launch another perfume

Singer Christina Aguilera is set to launch a new fragrance named Secret Potion. Aguilera who also has a series of other perfumes, including Christina Aguilera, Christina Aguilera by Night and Royal Desire, took part in a photo shoot for the latest fragrance last week and brought her three-year-old son Max along. "He wasn’t feeling good, so she wanted to take care of him and make sure they were together. She’s trying to spend as much time as possible with him while she works, so Max brought his toys and played with his little cars while she did the shoot," said Christina.

"Growing up, I used to play with all the fragrances in my mother’s vanity. She had a taste for musky, sensual scents." Her previous scents have been inspired by her mother’s love of "sensual" fragrances.

Christina Aguilera finalizes divorce

According to Court records, Christina Aguilera and music executive Jordan Bratman have finalized their divorce. Most of the details of the couple’s breakup were not filed with the court, but the judgment will not become official until April 15. Aguilera filed for divorce in October, just days after she and Bratman announced they had separated. It takes six months in California for a divorce to become official.

They have a 3-year-old son and have said he remains their top priority.

Aguilera performed at Grammy Awards in a tribute medley to singer Aretha Franklin, and also sang the national anthem at this year’s Super Bowl. The performances weren’t without glitches - she botched a line in the national anthem and took a spill on the Grammys stage.

Pop singer Christina Aguilera is joining the ranks of the celebrity fashion designers after teaming up with a Brazilian department store to launch her own clothing collection. The ‘Dirrty’ hitmaker announced the deal with C&A bosses at a press conference in Sao Paulo Wednesday. "I am here and very focused on the campaign," she said.

Aguilera follows in the footsteps of her pop peers Jessica Simpson, Jennifer Lopez and Beyonce, who have all entered the fashion industry in recent years with their own designs.

The trio enjoyed some quality family time together at The Petersen Automotive Museum, and her son and beau seemed to have hit it off as they smiled and joked while making their way home. The singer ditched her trademark raunchy outfits for a comfortable puffa jacket, a skull and cross print tee, black jeans and studded biker boots, topped off with a black and white peaked cap.

She also appeared to have abandoned her characteristic heavy make-up even ditching her signature bright red lipstick, opting instead for a cosmetics-free look. Rutler on the other hand wore a black v-necked jumper and jeans.

Aguilera’s Burlesque performance soars lingerie sales

Christina Aguilera’s racy ‘X Factor’ final performance, which had set millions of male pulses racing, has also sent sales of stockings and suspenders soaring. More than 1,000 viewers had complained about a near-striptease by the pop singer as she sang a song from her film ‘Burlesque’. But lingerie firm Gossard said that it helped boost the sales of suspender belts and elasticated hold-ups by 63 percent.

“It has been a Christmas of stocking thrillers rather than stocking fillers,” said Gossard managing director, Tony Jarvis.
