Carmen Electra reveals fashion secrets

When it comes to fashion, Carmen Electra believes in being true to herself and not being afraid of what she loves.

At designer Alice and Olivia’s rooftop soiree in New York City, the actress revealed that the secret to looking good is always showing off her hourglass figure with a waist-cinching belt.

Carmen also said that she loves to pile on bangles as part of her signature look.

“To me, fashion is really being true to yourself and not being afraid of what you love,” said Electra.

“I’m always attracted to that in other people and inspired by people who aren’t afraid,” she added.

Carmen Electra to perform in a cage

Former Baywatch star Carmen Electra has signed on to perform in a cage in a new burlesque show in Las Vegas.

The 37-year-old actress has signed on to appear in 10 shows at MGM Grand’s Crazy Horse Paris in Las Vegas July 8-13.

"It’s very sexy but very classy. In my heart I’m a dancer. And maybe more than that, a performer," she said.

Electra will perform three routines - Lecon D’Erotisme, a lesson in eroticism, Chain Gang, in which she goes "animalistic" in a cage, and Etoile de Paris, an ensemble song.

Other actresses to have performed at the famous burlesque club are Pamela Anderson and Dita Von Teese.
