Shane Warne is said to have proposed Elizabeth Hurley as they holidayed on a friend’s luxury yacht in Spain. Sources have revealed that there will be wedding bells in Australia before the end of the year. Liz Hurley (46) has allegedly told pals: “He’s definitely the one. I didn’t know I’d ever feel this way about anyone.” Shane (41) got down on one knee to propose to the British beauty, and then toasted the news with billionaire boat owner James Packer, his long-term friend, off Marbella. “The boat was moored in Marbella and the Packers were on board along with about 15 people, just close friends, no-one famous,” said a source. “Shane and Liz flew in for a few days and looked so in love during their time. “It was just a beautiful moment when he proposed. Really romantic and she said yes. There was no hesitation.”

Liz and Shane’s undercover love came to light in December when they were caught kissing outside a London hotel. She later admitted on Twitter that she had split from textiles tycoon Arun Nayar months before.

“Liz didn’t think she’d want to move on from Arun so quickly but she’s smitten with Shane,” the source added.

Actress and model Elizabeth Hurley has claimed she still regards ex-flame Hugh Grant as one of her family and she might end up living with him ultimately.The 45-year-old beauty, who dated the ‘Noting Hill’ star for 13 years until 2000, said though they quarrel all the time, she loves nothing more than spending time with Grant."Hugh and I met in 1987 on the set on a movie in Madrid and have been best friend ever since. Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry, who was involved in a bitter custody battle with her ex-boyfriend, seems to be back on normal terms with Gabriel Aubry.The former couple have decided to put their differences behind for the sake of their three-year-old daughter Nahla. "When there’s a child involved, it’s a relief when you can resolve things in a good way," the 44-year-old actress said.Berry, who is now dating French actor Olivier Martinez, said the court proceedings have gone well. "Our issues were never about fighting for her. We both know a child needs both her parents. But what I want to say about it is sometimes, as a couple, you reach an impasse. The couple split last April and then Aubry, a French-Canadian model, filed court papers on December 30 seeking formal recognition as Nahla’s father and joint legal and physical custody.In January, Berry’s rep issued a statement saying, "Halle has serious concerns for her daughter's well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time."

A representative for Aubrey (34), responded. "The fact is that Gabriel is a caring father who shares custody of Nahla," the statement read.

The couple have only been dating since February - two months after "Iron Man 2" star Johansson split with ex-husband Ryan Reynolds, but sources say she has already started living at Sean’s Malibu home. "Scarlett has moved in over the last few weeks. They just stay home, rather than be seen in public," said a source. The couple are said to enjoy working out together, eating in and spending time with Sean’s children, daughter Dylan (20), and son Hopper (17), from his marriage to Robin Wright. Elizabeth Hurley has revealed that she will move in to live with ex Hugh Grant as friends if she can’t find love again. "If all else fails, we’ll end up living together like Darby and Joan," said Hurley. The couple ended their 13-year relationship in 2000 but has stayed remarkably close friends. "We are currently taking cooking, Italian and guitar lessons and argue ferociously over who is more ahead in cooking, slightly less cack-handed at the guitar but grudgingly agree his Italian is a whisper better," said Hurley. Hurley’s Twitter following has almost doubled - from 50,000 in December to over 90,000 now - while the new account she set up last week for her pet Ping Pong has already attracted over 3500 subscribers.

Sadly, her relationship with Warne hasn’t been so successful. ‘Happy Valentine’s Day!’ Hurley tweeted at the end of what turned out to be a disastrous trip to Australia. "Remember, love is like a rollercoaster ride - sometimes it’s exhilarating but sometimes u feel sick and want to get off."

Jaime Pressly files for divorce

‘My Name is Earl’ star Jaime Pressly has officially filed for divorce from husband, Indian origin entertainment lawyer Simran Singh. The 33-year-old actress filed papers in a LA court on January 21 to end her 15-month marriage, citing ir-reconcilable differences for the divorce. Pressly claimed the marriage ended December 27, nine days before she was arrested on suspicion of a DUI (driving under influence). The couple had no children together, but Pressly has a 3-year-old son, Dezi, from a previous relationship.

The actress is also seeking to deny Singh, a Beverly Hills attorney, any spousal support. The couple got married in September 2009 at the Dick Clark estate in Malibu.

King Spinner Shane Warne and glamorous actress Elizabeth Hurley were snapped in a passionate embrace in Los Angeles last weekend. The rendezvous show that the couple were very much back on despite Warne’s texting habits had derailed their affair. They were snapped smooching in a car in Santa Monica after rekindling their love by flying to Tinseltown from Melbourne and London. The former cricketer, who flew to LA on January 15 morning, and Hurley made the most of their few days together in the US and were seen out and about in a Range Rover. Warne (41), and Hurley (45), spent their weekend at Santa Monica’s five-star Casa Del Mar hotel.

“They were behaving like a couple of love struck teenagers. Liz was tickling Shane’s chin, playing with her hair and frequently re-applying her lip gloss. Shane couldn’t keep his eyes off her,” said a guest.

Hurley, meanwhile, took to Twitter to tell her followers how good her week-end was.

“I’ve been here on business - some of it monkey. A great week-end. Best in a long, long time,” she wrote.

Emma Bunton pregnant 2nd time, looking for marriage

Former Spice Girl singer Emma Bunton, who is pregnant with her second child, has announced that she is engaged to her partner of 11 years, Jade Jones and that they will tie the knot soon. "Yes, I’m engaged. We’ve got a second baby on the way and we’re getting married, so it’s all very exciting," she said. Bunton, who has a three-year-old son, Beau, with Jones had previously said she didn’t want to marry him as she was happy with their relationship.

She had said: "I’m not keen for him to propose. The thing with me and Jade is it’s been so brilliant and we are happy as we are. Of course, we have talked about marriage, but we like it the way it is. We have a child together, which is the most wonderful thing anyway. It’s such a special thing for us to have a son. Cheryl Cole looking for babies outside wedlock

Despite wanting to start a family, Cheryl Cole has ruled out walking down the aisle again. The X Factor judge shocked her dancer boyfriend Derek Hough last weekend when she told him that she will never marry again. “Cheryl has told Derek point blank that she won’t marry him,” said a close pal of Derek. “They’ve been talking a lot recently about what the future holds for them. Cheryl has told Derek she loves him and wants to settle down and start a family. But she’s made it quite clear that it won’t involve a wedding,” he added. “She’s been permanently scarred by her marriage break-up with Ashley and can’t face going through another divorce,” said the friend. The revelation was the second blow for the blond hunk in as many days after Cole told him she would not move in with him when she relocates to America. “Derek has really been hit hard by Cheryl’s change of heart. He is desperate to get married and settle down,” said the friend.

“She wants to have babies – and lots of them – and has told him that he’s the man she wants to be with. But he had his hopes set on a really big wedding,” he added.

He said Hough is very traditional and grew up in a Mormon household where having children out of wedlock is absolutely not acceptable.

Sources said that they were more in love than ever after their romantic New Year getaway to South Africa. But the 27-year-old Geordie star has made it clear to Hough that he must be patient and go at her speed or their relationship will be over.
