Shane Warne is said to have proposed Elizabeth Hurley as they holidayed on a friend’s luxury yacht in Spain. Sources have revealed that there will be wedding bells in Australia before the end of the year. Liz Hurley (46) has allegedly told pals: “He’s definitely the one. I didn’t know I’d ever feel this way about anyone.” Shane (41) got down on one knee to propose to the British beauty, and then toasted the news with billionaire boat owner James Packer, his long-term friend, off Marbella. “The boat was moored in Marbella and the Packers were on board along with about 15 people, just close friends, no-one famous,” said a source. “Shane and Liz flew in for a few days and looked so in love during their time. “It was just a beautiful moment when he proposed. Really romantic and she said yes. There was no hesitation.”

Liz and Shane’s undercover love came to light in December when they were caught kissing outside a London hotel. She later admitted on Twitter that she had split from textiles tycoon Arun Nayar months before.

“Liz didn’t think she’d want to move on from Arun so quickly but she’s smitten with Shane,” the source added.

"Arun and I decided to separate last October. We still get on really well though, and spend lots of time together," said Hurley. "Arun plays a major role in my son Damian’s life and is taking him to India for a week in the Easter holidays. Damian has coped with the changes really well. It seems cricket star Shane Warne’s ‘rollercoaster love’ is making new lover Elizabeth Hurley feel ‘sick’. The tweet comes amid allegations that Warne bedded a star while romancing Hurley. It is the second setback in their short romance.

The glamorous British actress appears in a multi-million pound ad campaign for US discount firm Groupon, in which she compares the loss of rainforests to a cut-price Brazilian bikini wax. In a tongue-in-cheek ad, which aired in the US during Sunday’s Super Bowl game, the ‘Austin Powers’ star called Brazil’s rainforest ‘one of nature’s most lush ecosystems’. She then added ‘not all deforestation is bad!’ and revealed she saved 50 percent on her Brazilian wax because of a group discount. Angry viewers claimed Hurley’s clip makes light of serious environmental matters.

“I look forward to a Groupon campaign for roadside assistance using Egypt. That’d be droll! These ads are reprehensible,” said a TV critic.

Hurley getting back to Warne again

At the age of 45, Elizabeth Hurley gave many young girls a run for their money when she arrived at the Estee Lauder Breast Cancer awareness event wearing a skin-tight off-the-shoulder pink dress and gold platform heels.

With her artfully tousled hair and perfect make-up, the Austin Powers star looked sexy yet classy.

Hurley was at the event to turn the Empire State Building pink as part of Estee Lauder’s cancer awareness event.

The drive is very important to the spokesmodel, as the issue is close to her heart.

“My maternal grandmother died of breast cancer just before I started working with Evelyn and Estee Lauder and so, as soon as she asked me to help, it seemed like the perfect fit because she was one of the ladies that we really had tried to get past all that because she was scared of her breast cancer. She wouldn’t tell anyone that she had a lump,” said Hurley.

“So that’s really what has inspired us to now really spread the word, so that breast cancer is not a dirty word anymore,” she added.

The new campaign launch will kick-start the upcoming Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which begins on October 3.

What makes Liz Hurley angry?

Elizabeth Hurley has said that she has a short temper and can blow her top in traffic congestion, flight delays and even air fresheners.

While the model-cum-actress has taken it onto her to make peace between former boyfriend Hugh Grant and Matthew Freud, she does not hide the fact that she can also get angry easily.

“It only lasts a few minutes,” said the actress.

She added that her principal irritants include: “Traffic congestion, flight delays, people talking with their mouths full, TV as background noise with no one watching, air fresheners …”

Liz Hurley believes being self-disciplined is the key to gain the perfect figure.

The actress insists that slimming products found in market do not guarantee a great body.

“If you take people who aren’t in show business or fashion, then probably I am quite high in the self-discipline stakes,” said Hurley.

She added, “I always say, it has to come down to desire. You have to want to get into your small jeans more than you want to eat chocolate biscuits. That’s all it is. It’s no more than that. It’s just a choice.

“When I lived in California I ate it all the time. The fact is, most slimming stuff on the market is horrific. To keep the calories down it has hydrogenated fat and really unpleasant things.

“Or it’s for the hairy-toe brigade. I love the good life, but I don’t want to eat disgusting green seeds the whole time. I want stuff to be fun and nice.”

Liz Hurley says No to London life for son

Elizabeth Hurley no longer wants to stay in London because her young son Damian feels “cooped up” in the city.

The 44 year old British beauty had acquired a sprawling estate in Gloucestershire, England six years ago so she could holiday in the countryside with hubby Arun Nayar and her seven year old son.

Although, Hurley has been living in London for years, she has now made a permanent move to Gloucestershire.

"I bought a farm about six years ago. We used to do London in the week, with my son at school there, and go every weekend but we got very stressed by it and in the end we just thought, ‘It’s so beautiful and Damian’s so much happier down here’”, said the actress.

"He loves the fresh air and running around outside, because he was so cooped up in London, so we made the big decision last Easter and moved down there full time.”

Hurley further added: "It’s a big chance for a city girl, but I love it. It’s where my son’s supposed to be. It’s a little harder for me and my husband but it’s worth it".
