Geri Halliwell to launch her own fashion line

Looks like Geri Halliwell has been inspired by her former ‘Spice Girls’ band mate Victoria Beckham in fashion as she has decided to launch her own range of evening dresses. While Beckham’s self-titled brand has already won the approval of the fashion industry, Halliwell has decided to create a range of dresses for British high street store ‘Next’, for release later this year. “I’ve been sketching everything myself. I’m thrilled with the results. The dresses are not stupidly expensive but they are elegant and beautiful,” said Halliwell.

Geri Halliwell enjoys to design swimwear

Former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell says she found it easy to design her new swimwear range because she has always created her own clothes. Halliwell, who recently created her own range of swimwear for Britain high street brand Next, admits it was not too difficult for her to get involved because she has been working on her own clothes since she was a child. "I’ve always loved fashion, I’ve always made my own clothes. The first time I was on TV I wore something on GMTV that I’d made myself. The seams were coming undone, but I did design it! I’ve always designed my own clothes from a very young age. It was a very natural thing for me," said Halliwell.

Halliwell hopes she can expand the range, which features bikinis, maxi-dresses and accessories - in the future because she really enjoyed the work. "We’ll see where it goes, it’s been an amazing, amazing experience, so – I’ve really enjoyed it. Music and fashion are all together. All part of the image," she said.

Geri Halliwell launches beachwear range

Former Spice Girls member Geri Halliwell has launched her own beachwear range. The 38 year old, Halliwell, who had been known as Ginger Spice, came out with the ‘Geri by Next’ collection, which will be available from next month. “It’s about inspiring confidence with great looking swimwear for all body shapes,” said Halliwell.

“It’s for real women of all shapes and sizes. Everything is mix and match, so you can choose the exact shapes and styles that suit you. This is a collection that makes you look good and feel fabulous,” she added.

Geri Halliwell to marry Henry Beckwith

Geri Halliwell has sparked speculations about her getting married after she introduced her mother to lover Henry Beckwith’s parents. The 38 year old singer, took her mother to see a musical in London’s west end with Henry’s tycoon parents Sir John and Lady Beckwith. "She was nervous but thought it would break the ice for them to see a show. They all had a great time and Geri was giddy with excitement," said a source.

Halliwell who has dated 31 year old Henry for 21 months, arranged for them to meet the cast of the musical, which is about 1960s band "The Four Seasons".

Geri Halliwell faces malfunction at Paris Fashion Week

Geri Halliwell had an underwear malfunction as she returned home from Paris Fashion Week.

Geri was seen hurriedly adjusting her strapless bra as she raced to catch the Eurostar at the Gare du Nord in Paris.

Dressed down in denim shorts worn over woolly tights, with a simple vest top, she appeared to have trouble with her strapless bra slipping down.

One day earlier, the former Spice Girl attended the Viktor ‘n’ Rolf Ready to Wear Spring/Summer 2011 show in the Jardin des Tuileries.

Geri was perfectly coiffed in a black and white off the shoulder dress, worn with laced boots.
