Jennifer Aniston has regained the title of Hollywood’s Most Desired Body at the age of 42. Three years ago, she was crowned the most desired body in the annual Hollywood’s Hottest Looks survey, compiled by Beverly Hills plastic surgeons Richard W. Fleming, M.D. and Toby G. Mayer, M.D. In 2010 singer Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson grabbed the top spot. Last year Aniston came in a close second to supermodel Gisele Bundchen. But in 2012, it is again all about the ‘Friends’ star, who topped the 15th annual Most Desired Female Body category at the age of 42, leaving 20-something stars Bar Rafaeli and Shakira in her dust. While the relatively older Aniston may have the most coveted total package, younger stars are filling in more and more slots on the docs’ body parts lists.

“The biggest shift over the past year is that the younger celebrity group is emerging – people like Katy Perry,” said Dr. Fleming.

“The celebrity faces are what people refer to as an example because they like the way they look and they refer to these celebrities when they are considering plastic surgery. Another interesting change this year is that the female body choice is smaller in proportion. People don’t want an unbalanced body,” he added.

"I’ve always loved to combine different scents to come up with my own unique thing. One tradition I have with my friends is that when one of us gets married, we have a tonne of fragrance oils and pretty bottles at the bachelorette party. Everyone puts a drop or two in a bottle for the bride and makes a wish, and the bride wears our creation on her wedding day," said Aniston.

She, however, said she would never want to launch her own clothing line. "I love clothes, but I don’t know what to put on myself, let alone others. I have a lot of help getting dressed."

Aniston used her celebrity status for a good cause as she filmed a new TV ad for the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The ‘Friends’ star appears alongside a little girl battling cancer in the 30 second commercial, who was given just weeks to live before receiving pioneering treatment at the hospital. "Last year, sick with cancer, Jordyn was given just weeks to live," says the 41 year old actress in the commercial. And Jordyn says, "Now I’m in the St Jude commercial." As she kisses the girl on the face, Aniston tells her, "In it? You’re the star of it."

The St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is located in Memphis, Tennessee and is one of the world’s leading children’s hospitals.

Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston is reportedly expecting a child.

Scottish hunk Gerard Butler, her rumoured boyfriend and co-star in ‘The Bounty Hunter’ is said to be the lucky father of the child.

The 41 year old actress and Butler are promoting their romantic film around the world and the rumours of the baby started when Aniston was seen resting her hand on her not-so-flat tummy indicating something during their promotional trip to Madrid.

"Jen very much wants to have a baby girl. She had a heart-to-heart with friends and relatives and admitted this is the year she’s going to become a mom," a source said.

"Jen adores Gerry and thinks he’d make a perfect father," the source added.

Jennifer Aniston is all set to return to TV alongside Oprah Winfrey.

The former ‘Friends’ star will help present a late-night live talk show on the talk show queen’s new channel OWN – Oprah Winfrey Network.

OWN will be launched in America in the spring and in Britain by the end of next year.

40 year old Aniston, who stars in the current hit film ‘Love Happens’, will also co-produce the series.

Ever since Friends ended in 2004 Aniston has established herself as a Hollywood A-list leading lady in eight films, three of which have earned her 5million pounds.

However, her TV return will earn her only a fraction of that. Her salary is yet to be determined. She is doing this for one reason only; she absolutely wants to do it.

And it wasn’t Winfrey who lured Aniston into the project, but it was her friendship with Chelsea Handler, 34, an ex stand-up comic who has her own TV talk show, that prompted her to take it up.

An OWN source said: “Jen became fascinated with the format after spending time with Chelsea. When she saw Oprah she mentioned that it would be fun to do a chat show and Oprah seized the moment and suggested they front one together for her network.”

Initially Jennifer and Oprah are thinking in terms of a once a week show.

Jennifer Aniston might be making millions as a Hollywood actress today, but the actress used to clean toilets for a living at one point of time.

In a recent interview to Parade magazine, the ‘Friends’ star, who earned 25 million dollars in 2008, revealed that she "grew up with absolutely no money at all.”

"I made my allowance as a kid cleaning toilets. I’m actually pretty good at it," said Aniston.

"I struggled for a while, but I was happy with my life whether I was making this amount of money, or that amount of money," she says. "I always enjoyed where I was working,” she added.

"Jennifer has had a totally overhaul for this film. She wants to be seriously fit, yet remain curvy. There are a lot of early starts on the set, so she has had to get up at 3 a.m. to get two hours in the gym before filming at 5 a.m." said a source.

"She is supposed to be playing a 35-year old and is concerned she won’t look the part now that she is 40. It isn’t just for this part, either. Every time she is offered the role of a mother, she turns it down - she wants the young characters," added the source.

Aniston, who was recently linked up with Scottish actor Gerard Butler, has even flown her personal yoga instructor Mandy Ingber from Los Angeles to New York to be regular with her practice sessions.

It hasn’t been easy, but she has combined one-on-one yoga sessions with gruelling weight and workout sessions. Her new body is the talk of the set and she is revelling in the attention. Everyone agrees that Jennifer is looking sensational at the moment. Her curves have definitely been noticed - she is glowing.
