Kristen Stewart to be the face of Balenciaga perfumes

Kristen Stewart has been announced as the new face of Balenciaga’s fragrances. The “Twilight Saga” star, who has previously confessed to not knowing much about the fashion world, said she is excited to be involved with the "cool" brand as she has always been a big fan of the Spanish design house. "Balenciaga has always stood out to me. Even when I first began to consider fashion and admittedly rarely knew the brand I was wearing, I always knew and loved Balenciaga. It feels full circle to be involved with something that spoke to me then and of course continues to excite me now. The brand is just cool. That’s the way it is," Stewart said.

Creative director of the brand Nicolas Ghesquiere said the 21-year-old actress was great for Balenciaga because of her progressive character.

"Kristen embodies the modernity of the new Balenciaga fragrance with her unique sensibility and intelligence. I’ve always sensed her progressive character. In 2006, I invited her to appear in a project shot by Bruce Weber. Since then, I’ve always wished to collaborate with her further, knowing that she shares the radical spirit of Balenciaga," Ghesquiere added.

Stewart-Pattinson named most stylish couple

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have been named the most stylish celebrity couple by fashion magazine ‘InStyle’. The young pair, who play onscreen lovers in the vampire franchise and are said to be dating in real life too, topped the poll due to Pattinson’s ‘public-school boy style’ and Stewart’s ‘laidback American approach to fashion’. The pair paved its way ahead of fashionable ‘Sex And The City’ star Sarah Jessica Parker and husband Matthew Broderick, while ‘Pirates Of the Carribean’ star Johnny Depp with wife Vanessa Paradis clinched the third slot. Other celebrity couples who made it to the top 10 included actors Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, pop star Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony and ‘High School Musical’ stars Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens.

However, Hollywood’s ‘it’ couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, popularly called ‘Brangelina’, scrambled into the top 25, landing at number 23.

It seems Robert Pattinson and co-star Kristen Stewart could no longer resist themselves from their off-screen feelings for each other. Pattinson and Kristen insisted on multiple takes to get a passionate kiss just right for the camera, and held hands between them. The pair was filming ‘Breaking Dawn’, the next Twilight vampire movie. "They looked in love on set and off," said an onlooker in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Kristen Stewart voted Best Young Actress

American beauty Kristen Stewart has been voted the “Best Young Actress”, according to a new survey.

The 20-year-old actress fought off competition from the likes of Carey Mulligan and Michelle Williams to land the honour.

Stewart shot to fame with her starring role in the “Twilight” franchise and her turn as Bella Swan saw her topping the survey by LoveFilm.com, to find the favourite female screen star under 30.

Williams came second in the list followed by ‘Alice in Wonderland’ star Mia Wasikowska who grabbed the third spot.

Mulligan came fourth while ‘Mamma Mia!’ actress Amanda Seyfried rounded out the top five.

Kristen Stewart announces love for Robert Pattinson

Kristen Stewart is finally telling the world that she loves Robert Pattinson as she goes gaga over describing the Hollywood heartthrob.

The 20 year old actress, who stars alongside Pattinson in “The Twilight Saga” movies, said she feels strongly for him because he has a childish side.

"I love Rob because he always wants to be the best. He can be very childish.

When Rob does something right or wins something he talks with a different, little voice like a five year old," Stewart said. "Rob is sexy, in a tortured artist way.

This might be because he is British. He’s tall, looks like he is thinking all the time and is incredibly funny," she added.

"I love the way he sings. It breaks my heart.

And don’t you think he’s just gorgeous? Rob’s also a very bad liar, he just can’t do it," she added. The American star also claims Robert once proposed to her for a joke.

"He asked me to marry him. As a joke, though.

Well at least I think so," Stewart said. The couple have been rumoured to be in a relationship since they first met on the set of the vampire movies, but have never officially been seen together, despite rumours they were going to reveal their status at this year’s BAFTA Awards.

"It is extremely difficult but we are together, yes. We can’t arrive at the same time because of the fans, it goes crazy," Pattinson had said.
