Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan has always been known to have a level head for business. If reports are to be believed, then the actor is all set to venture into real estate. But for all this, he is looking at UAE. He is expected to build a lifestyle boulevard in that country.According to the reports, SRK is tying up with a big construction house to build his boulevard. It will be similar to the Dubai Palm project, where he already owns some property. The sprawling Shah Rukh Khan boulevard, as it will be called, will be equipped with all the latest in technology and interior designs.
It is expected to be a seaside property on the Al Dana island. The actor will be traveling to the UAE early next month to finalise all the plans and to make a public announcement. By venturing into building his own boulevard, SRK has just proved what an astute businessman he is.
He has made sure not to put all his eggs into one basket. He has his production house, his ads, his endorsements and now he is into real estate as well. His business acumen is to be admired and is definitely worth emulating.
