Julianne Moore plays Hillary Clinton in Special Relationship
Julianne MooreJulianne Moore has been roped in to play Hillary Clinton in a new movie Special Relationship.

The actress will share the frame with Dennis Quaid, who will portray former U.S. President Bill Clinton.

The film will explore the relationship between Tony Blair, played by Michael Sheen, and Bill Clinton between 1997 and 2000.

According to China Daily, “It will also tell the story of how Clinton’s “inappropriate relationship” with Monica Lewinsky cost him his place in the White House”.

A source said: "This is a big role for both of them. Playing Hillary, a wife who stands by her unfaithful husband, will be something she can get her teeth stuck into."

The movie would be the final one in the political trilogy written by Peter Morgan, after The Deal, based on Tony Blair’s rise to power in the British Labour Party, and The Queen, which depicted the reaction of the British Royal Family following the death of Diana, Princess of Wales in 1997.

Amitabh Bachchan to attend Clinton Global Initiative
The annual meeting of Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) is to be held in Hong Kong next month and the Former US president Bill Clinton has been trying to convince Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan to attend the function.

“Bill Clinton writes in to ask me to join their global conference for the betterment of the world in Hong Kong,” Amitabh has posted in one of his recent blog entries.

The latest update on the same from Amitabh has been that Clinton called him up 'to request' him to come for the event.

The veteran actor has mentioned about the CGI more than once on his blog. In one of the posts, he wrote: 'I need to prepare also for the CGI - Clinton Global Initiative. Global warming, solar energy, lighting villages….'

The CGI was established in 2005 by Clinton to bring together global leaders from various backgrounds to devise and implement innovative solutions to some of the world's most pressing challenges.
