‘My Name is Earl’ star Jaime Pressly has officially filed for divorce from husband, Indian origin entertainment lawyer Simran Singh. The 33-year-old actress filed papers in a LA court on January 21 to end her 15-month marriage, citing ir-reconcilable differences for the divorce. Pressly claimed the marriage ended December 27, nine days before she was arrested on suspicion of a DUI (driving under influence). The couple had no children together, but Pressly has a 3-year-old son, Dezi, from a previous relationship.The actress is also seeking to deny Singh, a Beverly Hills attorney, any spousal support. The couple got married in September 2009 at the Dick Clark estate in Malibu.
