The British model, who is famous for her wild partying is determined to have a healthy lifestyle in the new year and cannot wait to use the fitness centre when she moves into her 8 million pound house in Highgate, north London next month. "She’s been talking to her architect and designer about how to use the gym space and is really excited about working out in there. "Kate desperately wants balance in her life and she’s one hundred per cent up for getting fit and healthy," said a source. With a healthier approach to lifestyle influenced by close friend Sadie Frost, the 37-year-old model also aspires to sort things out with her boyfriend Jamie Hince."Kate said she and Jamie will work out together when it’s finally built.
