Dolly Parton gives tips on fitness

Dolly PartonInspite of being familiar with what it takes to get a fit looking body Dolly Parton is far from being obsessed.

“There was not much to debate about on health issues. I’m up and I’m down, but I don’t have any tips for anybody. You either starve or you get fat,” said Dolly Parton.

The 63-year-old also revealed her own way of being fit which includes a tiny little bit of squats and sit-ups.

The actress-philanthropist further revealed alternatives to dieting which could be a good push-up bra and clothes that make you look good.

  1. unfortunately if you starve yourself you could end up fat, you need calories to burn calories, fat to burn fat and balance to maintain, if you starve yourself, your body stores whatever it does get as fat for future. SO BE CAUTIOUS some people can eat like a bird and never gain and others can skip meals (so bad for You) and put on loads of unwanted fat and inches. Don't always look to the celebs to see what they do, they can afford a lot more than the average joe. They can fix flaws that the rest of us have to get rid of naturally. BE SMART do it right!
