Gwyneth Paltrow has won hearts with her acting prowess in a number of films and now the actress has wowed the crowds with her first live singing performance. The ‘Shakespeare In Love’ star received a standing ovation at the 44th Annual Country Music Awards in Nashville for her performance of the title track from her forthcoming film ‘Country Strong’. The 38 year old actress, married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, was dressed in an Atelier Versace gown and played the guitar alongside country singer Vince Gill. Paltrow earlier admitted she had to calm her nerves with alcohol."I went to a great bar and I had a pint of Guinness. That’s my new ritual. I’m feeling good!" she said.
During her live performance she smiled at the crowd and closed her eyes, before dissolving into laughter at the end.
