Australian cricketer Brett Lee is all set to enter Bollywood with the movie “Victory”, starring Harman Baweja in the lead role.Besides Brett Lee, a handful of other cricket players like Australians, Brad Hogg, Stuart Clarke and Mike Hussey and Indians, Yusuf Pathan, RP Singh and Pravin Kumar have cameos in the film.
Harman Baweja plays the role of a small town boy who makes it big in the world of cricket and Brett Lee plays himself who helps Baweja’s character achieve his dreams.
On working with newcomer Harman Baweja, Lee says it was a whole new experience. “It was a lot of fun. We helped each other out throughout the movie. I taught him a few shots while he gave him me acting tips,” he recalls.
Apart from claiming wickets, Lee shares a passion for music. In the past he did a song and music video for legendary singer Asha Bhonsle’s album.
Next on the anvil, Lee is adding finishing touches to a music video. “There are six to seven songs in Hindi and in English in the album. I had been working on it with friends for the last six months,” he reveals.
