“Looking at today’s collection, I have to say that to wear such clothes I feel I have to become a bride for more than one time because the clothes are so nice that you cannot choose which outfit you really want to wear when you become a bride,” said Dhupia.
Apart from designing traditional outfits such as ‘lehengas’ and saris, the Peacocks also showcased modern dresses, both bridal and for the trousseau. The vibrant palette included green, blue, black and baby pink, orange, fuschia, yellow and gold.

The India Bridal Week that kicked off on Friday focuses on wedding clothes, jewellery and accessories. The ongoing five-day event is held under the aegis of the Fashion and Design Promotion Council (FDPC).
