Bollywood opinion poll, Star Gold's Idea Sabsey Favourite Kaun 2008 was recently held where nearly 1.5 million Bollywood fans across the country voted for their favourite stars.The event was graced by Bollywood celebs performing that included Shahid Kapur, Katrina Kaif and Himesh Reshammiya. Hosted by Shilpa Shukla, Tanya Abrol and Chitrashi Rawat, the trio from Chak De! India also presented their act for the first time on the stage.

Katrina Kaif she performed on the songs from her biggest hit of this year Partner and her forthcoming movie Welcome. Shahid Kapoor performed on a medley from his latest hit, Jab We Met and Fool and Final. Reshammiya rendered songs from his debut movie – Aap Ka Suroor and strummed the theme tune from his forthcoming movie Karz.
All nominees and winners of the Idea Sabsey Favorite Kaun 2008 have been chosen by fans from across the world. The voting process for the awards covered 30 towns in India and over 60 countries internationally. Over 20, 84,342 votes were received via SMS, the internet, televoting and on ground city visits and retail outlet activation. source
